Condover Park Fishing Pools - Terms and Conditions of Booking

Please review the terms below before purchasing your fishing tickets.

Terms & Conditions

The fishing business Condover Park Fishing Pools shall be known as CPFP.

By booking a day’s fishing you are agreeing to comply with all the terms & conditions.

Cancellations can only be made within 7 days of original booking, and CPFP must be informed by telephone or email. Refunds are not available for bookings made or cancelations within 14 days of fishing date.

Some pools can / may be closed at CPFP’s discretion without notice.

You are responsible for you own safety and those who you may be supervising.

CPFP accepts no responsibility for damage to vehicles, equipment of for injury to any person (s).

Under 17yrs must be supervised at all times. Everyone who is fishing regardless of age must pay for a fishing ticket. This includes if an under 17yr old is fishing whilst under supervision. Both the supervisor and the youngster must have a fishing ticket.

Day tickets are NOT available on site under any circumstances.

CPFP reserves the right to alter terms & conditions at any time without prior notice, and to eject person (s) from fishery at any time without refund – all management’s decisions are absolute & final.

Car parking permits must be displayed in the window of the car at all times.

Each person (s) fishing must carry their CPFP fishing ticket at the waterside.

You must comply with all fishery rules (listed below) and the general concept of common sense.
